Not sure if you seen the Fury fight last week?…

It was one of  a hell of a fight

(Despite the fact  I lost my money, and bet on the wrong round to win)

If you didnt know already though,

Fury has been fighting battles outside the ring too.

Yes, the big hard boxer we all know of…

Hes been fighting DEPRESSION too.

And what a fantastic job he has been doing!..

I particularly loved a quote he shared after the fight….

It read…

“I had to get back up, I had to show the world that nothing is impossible.

For all the people who suffer with mental health problems, I did that for YOU

If I can come back from where I came from, you can too.

So get back up! And let’s do this together as a team”

^^^pretty inspiring and motivating if you ask me.

You see, he not only proved it can effect anyone, but ..

He also proved he could pull himself back up and fight on

The fact is, Mental health is VERY big thing right now,

according the World Health organisation it effects one in every three people world wide,

And with a special thanks to people like Tyson Fury,

More people are open about it…

More people and talking about it

And more people are trying to do something about it.

For me, I think it’s a great thing!

The thing is, I think everyone these days suffers or has suffered at some point in their life.

You see, everything we do on a day to day basis effects our mental health…

Our lifestyles, nutrition, relationships and stress,

They all contribute to your mental health and well-being.

And to be totally honest with you…

I think it’s one of the MAIN reasons a lot of folk struggle to get good results with their weight loss.

This is why I have studied it in great detail.

Think about it….

You’re way less likely to want to exercise if your feeling depressed, unhappy and your mind is not in it,

You’re way less likely to want to exercise, and eat right if you are constantly stressed all the time.

The crazy thing is…

They both go in hand in hand

Although when you stressed and/or depressed, exercise is the last thing on your mind…..

It’s actually one of the BEST things you can do!

You see, exercise actually changes your brain chemicals (Neurotransmitters)

Without going into real detail about each one…

Certain neurotransmitters lift your MOOD

They make you feel happier

^^^if folk can manage to do this?

They are WAY more likely to be compliant with their food plan,

And WAY more likely to feel better about themselves.

Listen up, If you cant find the motivation to do it for the physical benefits?

Maybe you could do it for the MENTAL benefits?
