If you have been living under a rock for the last few weeks, you probably haven’t heard about the new gaming App that is sweeping the nation….
‘Pokemon Go’
Everywhere I look, everywhere I go, people seem to be talking about it
The kids (including mine) are going CRAZY about it
Most adults hate it like and sick of hearing about it already
Guess what though?
MrT LOVES it!
Why?
Well, for me it’s probably the BEST gaming app that’s been out for a LONG time
For the simple reason….
It gets my kids OUT of the house haha
You see, the app is based on a GPS map
The object of the game is to collect Pokemon characters randomly placed in locations all over our local towns.
Which means kids have gotta get off their butt and go and find them.
Not only that, but those clever little developers have created other ingenious ways to get our kids even more ACTIVE!
The app makes you walk for 5km before it will unlock further characters etc
How cool is that?
Not only the kids benefit though….
Younger kids are dragging out their parents for walks too
The poor dog’s have never been for as many walk EVER! haha
Maybe it’s a conspiracy and the Dog’s have developed it?!
Who knows
What i can tell you though, it’s great having your breakfast in peace whilst the kids are searching for Pokemon around the block 😉
