Little Bradders (my eldest son) always plays wrestling with his wee bro Alfie
Yesterday, he seen a bit of Sumo Wrestling on TV and thought it was HILARIOUS
Not so much for his little brother, when he started charging at him from across the living room!

Anyhoo, it got me thinking!(yes I know, DANGEROUS)

In order to help people lose weight, maybe I should teach people the opposite to what Sumos do?!

Make sense right? Check this….

Sumo Wrestlers NEED to be heavy! In fact it’s probably the ONLY sport, the heavier are, the better you are!
Sumo Wrestlers trick to for getting big?…

Lesson 1: Don’t eat Breakfast!

Sumo Wrestlers get up early, workout then don’t eat until late in the day. This way they will be starving and will eat ANYTHING they can grab and in ENORMOUS amounts.Of course this means they consume SURPLUS calories and MAXIMUM weight.

Hence being mahooosive!

As iv’e mentioned before…

When you eat surplus amounts of calories in one sitting, your body will use up what it can then fill your energy reserves for later.

When your storage is gets full, EVERYTHING left over is stored directly as FAT!

Lesson 2: Sleep after eating!

When they finish their large meals, the wrestlers will take a long nap.

Going to sleep on a full stomach of food forces the body to store most of the calories as FAT because it doesn’t have the ability to metabolize food while sleeping!

So, if weight gain is NOT your main goal…

Please DO NOT follow their habits!

It’s kinda crazy, but a lot’s of people do this….That’s one of the reasons I created the Body Transformation Challenge.
21 Days to discover NEW healthy eating habits that turn your body from a FAT STORAGE machine and into a finely tuned FAT BURNING machine.
