”Hi everyone, just a quick update on my progress. Lost 2 1/2 pounds this week and that’s me at 1 stone and 11 1/2 pounds off so far. 2 weigh ins left before I head off to South Africa, aiming for another 6 off before I fly.

I’m self employed and work from home trying to get ahead for next year with orders. Not getting out much so I’ve been smashing Darren Tyrie’s home workouts with my kettle bell 3-4 times a week. Buzzing with the results!’ Vicky
